This bassoon is in excellent condition! Cooper Model Püchners were originally imported by Hugh Cooper. Cooper would make several changes to each instrument, including new speaker tubes, to help improve the overall performing ability of each instrument. This particular instrument features high D and E keys, pushing it to an intermediate level. It has a warm and rich singing sound, even scale, and easy response. This instrument is comparable to a Fox 220 or 240, making it an excellent fit for an advancing student, a serious hobbyist, or an amateur.
