This old Riedl bassoon is a marvelous piece of history! It is surprisingly good condition, given its age. It does not have a whisper key--instead it comes with two bocals which feature a vent mechanism to open and close the bocal vent. One of the bocals was patched prior to entering our shop, and the other bocal seals and functions perfectly.

This instrument received a minimal amount of work in our repair shop to put it in working condition. However it will need additional work to play optimally. It does not come with our warranty.

The price of this instrument is $3,605, which includes the check price of $3,500 plus 3% credit card fees.
