Dating from the 1960s, this Loree Standard is an original 'B' series that the modern-day Loree B+ Series are based on. Famous for their rich tone and ease of playing, Loree Standards with the B serial number are still well sought after. Prior to listing, the oboe went through our repair department for a pre-sale adjustment: pads/mechanisms checked, previous crack work checked for seal, and full playtest & regulation. This instrument has not been played on regularly for some time, and should be taken through a break-in process, similar to that of a new horn. Perfect for any student or intermediate player looking for a wonderful upgrade! Comes in original Loree hard case & tan canvas case cover.
