This B-series Lorée English horn is a lovely horn. Dating from the 60s, this instrument has been very well maintained throughout the years. Regular servicing and a recent full general maintenance was performed by Mark Chudnow. Prior to listing this instrument did go through our shop for an evaluation and full playtest/regulation. This instrument does not have a 3rd octave or Low B vent, which is customary for instruments of this age. There is a small socket crack on the bottom joint that has been glued and sealed. No discernable cracks and/or crackwork in the top joint. Comes with a Fox 2XL & 3XL bocals. Sold with relatively new Protec case.
