A very early production Howarth English horn, this instrument comes to us in excellent condition. Very well cared for over the years. Just through the shop for a full pre-sale service including: full disassemble and cleaning, keywork cleaned, bore oiled, pads/mechanisms checked and replaced where necessary, key silencers added, key fitting performed, socket crack in bell sealed and buffed. No cracks in top joint! This instrument has an open-hole ring on the 2nd finger in the top joint and an open holed ring finger on the bottom joint (missing the split-D) but is still a professional level instrument. Comes with 2 TWH silver bocals (a 2 and a 3 length) and 2 very unique bend unmarked bocals in their own separate case.
