This fantastic bassoon from 2025 has the classic finish. It has only been owned by MMI. The sound of the bassoon matches the brilliance of the color! These bassoons are some of the richest-sounding bassoons being made today and are great for any type of performance setting, from orchestral to chamber.
This bassoon responds really well and has a really even scale. While it comes with Puchner CC1 and CC2 bocals by default, we think it matches really well with BC or BD bocals, and we could send you a couple of those to try out as well.
We are asking $41,250 for this bassoon. It was delivered last year after the blanket tariffs took effect. The listed price above is $42,490, which includes a 3% card processing fee.
