This professional model oboe is made of select grenadilla wood, and provides the most resonance, flexibility and tone quality of all Fox oboes. It has 18% nickel silver keys with nickel silver hinge tubing and heavy silver plating, metal-lined tenon sockets, and stainless steel arbors and wire springs. The handmade full-conservatory mechanism includes low Bb, left F, split ring D (Eb-E trill), forked-F resonance, F# key tab, Bb-B trill, articulated B-C# mechanism, G#-A trill, and third octave key. Cork pads on low C and above, and teflon tipped stainless steel adjusting screws are standard.Comes in a French-style leather covered case with case cover and accessories. 2-year crack and 1-year adjustment warranty included with purchase.
