One of the original Fox professional English horns, the Fox 510 features a plastic top joint to eliminate the risk of cracks in the area, as well as a lower joint and bell made of select grenadilla wood. This model also includes metal lined tenon sockets and silver plated posts, bands, and bell ring.

The Fox 510 is an ideal instrument for schools, doublers, and hobbyists who need a reliable instrument with great sound that is also low maintenance.

The 510 includes 2 standard XL bocals (a #2 and a #3), and with its great response, warm sound, and stable pitch, this professional model invites comparison with the Howarth S40C.
