A damaged or defective reed is defined as 'one that displays clear physical damage (split, crack, breaks), leaks/does not seal or is otherwise non-functional.' While we do our best to make recommendations, every player is unique and will have different experiences with reeds. Reeds that are 'not a good fit' for a player does not meet the requirements defined for refund or exchange.
