Buffet Crampon Barrels

We have been a Buffet-Crampon dealer for over 30 years and value the opportunity we have as a Premium dealer, bringing the highest quality inventory to our customers. We stock the most popular and in-demand clarinets and accessories to allow customers the opportunity to explore a large variety at one time.

If we don't have a barrel in stock, WE CAN GET IT! At MMI, we are proud to offer free trials on all clarinet barrels. Please refer to our Trial Policies or Contact Us to learn more.

We work closely with schools, universities, festivals, military bands and various institutes to provide the best prices on Buffet products. Contact a clarinet specialist to learn more about how we can best serve your clarinet needs.

Barrels we carry:

Buffet Moennig

Buffet Crampon's Moennig barrels were developed by Hans Moennig. The barrel has a reversed taper which gets tighter downwards in order to provide more resistance, improved tonal focus, and improved tuning of the 12ths. The barrel is made from Grenadilla wood with silver metal rings.

Buffet Rondo

Buffet Crampon's newest line-up of barrel offerings features a slightly rounded shape that pays homage to the elegance of the Viennese clarinets and sound concept. These barrels are considered to be high-precision bores that guarantee homogeneity and sonority.

Available in Grenadilla, Greenline and Mopane wood.
