Payment Options
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as certified checks.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing certified checks.
We also offer financing options through First Mutual for both accessories and instrument purchases.

Note for International Orders:
We do not accept credit cards for international transactions (excluding Canada). Payment must be made via wire transfer before shipment. All international sales are final.
Instrument Appraisals
Need a valuation for insurance purposes?
We offer official appraisal letters stating the replacement value of an instrument for a $25 fee.
This service is free for instruments purchased directly from Midwest Musical Imports.
Selling Used Instruments & Accessories
Looking to sell your used instrument or accessories?
We accept oboes, bassoons, clarinets, flutes, and saxophones through our consignment program.
We also accept select accessories such as shapers, tips, cases, bocals, and more.

Returns & Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please reach out within X days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect.
