This pristine clarinet was purchased by the original owner in 1979-80 and looks as if it was played very little. The instrument has a nice tone, even feel through the scale and in the hands. The original stock barrel is too long and does not match well with modern series 13 pitched mouthpieces. However, we are offering a 65mm or 66mm Moennig or a custom barrel to trial with the instrument to help hone in the focus and pitch for trial. The barrel can be sold separately or negotiated with the offer price. This instrument provides a nice rich warm sound and would be great for someone looking to step up.
