This Püchner bassoon is in great shape! The instrument is well-preserved and received a lot of care from its owner. It has a high D key, whisper lock on the wing joint, and extra rollers for the right thumb and low C/D keys. It does not have a high E key. The instrument has a powerful sound with lots of color in the sound, and the scale is very even. With the CD1, it also has a lot of flexibility. This instrument would make a great alternative to a Fox Renard 220 or 240, or possibly even a step up into a higher level instrument. It's singing quality has a lot to offer a player!
