Dating from the early 90s, this Loree AK is a great instrument! Fully serviced in our shop prior to listing - a full disassemble and cleaning was performed, bottom joint was oiled, pads were checked and leveled/replaced where necessary, key fitting was performed. There aren't many Loree oboes from this time period that were made with fully synthetic top joints so this oboe is indeed a bit of a rare gem. It has a really lovely tone, nice response, and great scale. It's the perfect instrument for any level of player ranging from students stepping into their first pro horn and professionals looking for a reliable backup for all of those cold space/outdoor concerts!
