This Model I is in great shape! The Fox Model I is a discontinued model of Fox bassoon. It has the same design as the Model II but with more key rollers built in. It is based off of Hugo Fox's 5000-series Heckel, and is a thin-wall, long bore instrument. This particular instrument has an even scale, especially with the CC2. It also has a light, easy response. As a result, this bassoon is a great option looking for an accessible instrument at a higher level of playing than a Renard.
