This is a one-owner, gently used, Mark VI alto saxophone with a medium bow. It has a mix of older and new pads and recently had a 5-hour general maintenance done in our repair shop. Mark VI altos went back to the medium bow around the 130,000 serial # range after experimenting with a long bow version.
This is an American-engraved version that has the internal bow patch (soldered metal plate) meant to eliminate or lessen the warbling that affected the earlier, medium bow versions in the 5 digit serial # range.
This saxophone plays great from top to bottom with very little cosmetic wear. Comes in standard Selmer box-style case.
