Osborne Rhapsody for Clarinet (Unaccompanied)

Rhapsody, originally for bassoon, has been in print for clarinet also since 1958.   Few facts are known about Willson Osborne (1906-1979).  He was a college-level instructor of theory and composition in Philadelphia.  The copyright registration dates of his compositions range from 1948 to 1973.  He attended the University of Michigan and Yale University.  Outside of this, a mystery man.
