MMI is located at 2021 East Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN in the HENNEPIN SQUARE building (3rd floor, ste. 374), north of the University of Minnesota campus. (See lower maps for details.) Please note: strike-throughs indicate changes due to the I-35W bridge collapse.
From Hwy 694 - Take I-35W south and stay in the far right lane (this lane will turn into the Hwy 280 exit). Follow 280
for approximately 2 miles. After 2 stoplights, take the next right exit, which is Hennepin Avenue. Take a right, heading west for approximately nine blocks.
The HENNEPIN SQUARE building will be on the right-hand (north) side at 2021 East Hennepin Ave.
From I-94 - Take the Hwy 280 exit and travel north for approximately three miles to the Hennepin Ave. exit. At the top of the exit ramp, take a left at the stoplight, heading west on Hennepin for approximately nine blocks.
The HENNEPIN SQUARE building will be on the right-hand (north) side at 2021 East Hennepin Ave.
From downtown Minneapolis - Take I-35W north, traveling over the Mississippi river bridge. After the University Ave. & 4th St. Exits, the next
exit will be Hennepin Ave. on your right. Follow that exit to the stoplight and take a right, heading east on Hennepin Ave. for approximately eight blocks. (You will drive through about 4 stoplights and under a railroad bridge.)
From I-35W (south of downtown Minneapolis) - Take 35W north to I-94 EAST. Once on I-94 east, several lanes will open up. Veer to the far left lane and once over the river bridge, take the left 280 exit and follow this about
three miles to the Hennepin Ave. exit. At the top of the exit ramp, take a left at the stoplight, heading west on Hennepin for approximately nine blocks.
The HENNEPIN SQUARE building will be on the right-hand (north) side at 2021 East Hennepin Ave.
